I went to post a handful of photos and some how did a storybook on photobucket. Never used the program before. What a pain! There's got to be something better that photobucket. Oh well a few hours later, I have my story. See if it works: s32.photobucket.com/user/suanneb5/story/24951#I never had any intention of posting a lot of photos otherwise I would have done a better job of being more complete in taking them. Plus I've been to St Augustine before so didn't take photos of everything. I also had some problems with my camera and certain photos I thought I had, I really don't. Don't have any exteriors of Flagler College though I do remember taking them. Hopefully others will fill in with their photos. May go back and add a few more comments, we'll see. Enjoy.

... like fitting an estate car into a bread-box parking space. And jumping the curb to avoid an on-coming lorrie. And maintaining focus when the dashboard is lighting up and buzzing you about the speed limits on the M25 (which is amazing technology, but distracting nonetheless).
Thank God Nigel did all the driving. It didn't take him long to get back into the swing of things. Like riding a bike. Not.

Here is the link to my pictures. I first want to say they are not in order. I downloaded all of them to my photobucket account and then when I went to organize, my photobucket account is telling me there is something wrong and freezing. I thought it was a momentary thing, but it is not. So, I got another photo sharing account. Took all these pictures with my iPhone, so it is quite impressive, if I should say so, myself. I learned if you are going on a big trip, take the regular camera with the iPhone as back up. ladyjamers.smugmug.com/HH-St-Augustine-2014/n-vhHLh/

The parking issue is the reason I drive a smallish car .... spaces at work can be tight to say the least. Hope it all went well otter.

We reserved a small car, but none were left, so National gave us free "upgrade"... a giant Volvo similar in size to an SUV. It was a beauty of a car, though. And Mr. Otter loved driving it. But yeah, parking was tight at times. Fortunately, thanks to the fact that English drivers are best in the world (IMHO), all of the cars in the car parks were perfectly aligned within the spaces. A phenomena you don't find this side of the pond!
