Bucky, check if the house has a DVD player, and apps on the TV or some other way for us to access Netflix (our own account of course) or similar. If not, find out if it's okay if I bring my Chromecast. The house has wifi, correct? Is it broadband that can be used for streaming? Note: the AirBnB I stayed at in Florida had an Amazon Fire Stick provided with Netflix/Hulu and other apps, and you just logged into your own account. The hotel I stayed at in Louisville last month had a similar setup, with Netflix and other apps provided on the TV and you could login to your own account. So apparently this is a thing now. I keep bringing the Chromecast and not needing it, so I thought we could find out ahead of time. Not that we'll spend a lot of time watching TV, but it's a nice-to-have if the weather is bad or something. Also: do they have a blender? And sharp knives? That don't glance off a tomato and cut my fingers?

I have a message into Kathee, the property manager, about these issues. She is pretty quick to respond so once I hear from her I will report back.
I imagine the kitchen has your basic set up, but you never know. Something you feel is a daily used item may be sitting in the corner of my cabinet unused. Ha!

If they have an Instant Pot it will be my idea of heaven. LOL. Sadly not yet considered a must-have for a well-equipped kitchen. But I would make everyone some soup or chili if they did!

Kathee responded that they have wifi and the kitchen is equipped with your standards, including a blender. She is checking on the other items.
I am not sure if they have an instant pot. Pam -- do you have one you can bring? I have an air fryer only, which my stepson uses every day, unfortunately. I hear great things about instant pots!

At the shore house my family is renting this coming week and weekend, we need to bring sheets

insert code here For those who have on demand on their tv, you have to see Beach Bites with Katie Lee on the food network. They have done an episode of the food of Tybee Island. Going by the feel of the show, we will have a great time and probably wonβt even get to try even 25% of all the restaurants in town.

I know! I just finished an extra long staycation at Disney which means I have 5 working days until I am off for our moot!
Just saw the question on linens. They are included at the house.

If one hails from SF or was around the summer of love, instant pot means pre-purchased, pre-rollred and pre-lit. π¬π©πͺπ§πππ₯ππππΏ
