I've been slightly obsessed since seeing him in The Hollow Crown. I'm not a big comic person but I do heart me some Loki. Anyway, was pointed to this and can't decide if it's genius or blasphemy. ETA: And then there's this, which is definitely blasphemous.

And the other one doesn't disturb me as much as perhaps it should.

I adore him! Over at Pinterest, I have been having a ball pinning tons of his pics and one of the fans pinned a you tube video of him interacting with the fans. He is as nice as he is handsome! <3

I thought I recognized him. He was Mr. Plumptre in MISS AUSTEN REGRETS.
He does look very fine in his uneeform.

And you know, Diane, I always thought Mr. Plumptre got a raw deal. He was probably a perfectly nice young man, but Princess Fanny had to have the PERFECT MAN... ETA: Lady B? What was I smoking?

She should have taken counsel from the French woman who was taking care of Brother Henry. Too much fuss about 'is he the one'. Almost sounds like post-modernism. Yours Aye, Diane

Hi All:
Just sighted TH as Henry V in the production by the same name. I thought it was an amazing performance!

Yep. That was The Hollow Crown I mentioned above--it's a series of Shakespeare's history plays about the kings, starting with Richard II. Henry IV parts I and II also featured Hiddles as Hal, and Jeremy Irons as Henry IV. All really well done. A little touch of Harry in the night: "You have witchcraft in your lips, Kate."

Thanks for the clarification. Great videos! I haven't seen the other portions of this series. Missed it when it aired.
Shakespeare rocks!

Diane

Here is something interesting; just read that TH is being cast to play Hank Williams Sr. in a biopic.
Anyone else read this?

Yours Aye, Diane Yep, one of my RL friends who gushes TH sent me this link . You can bet she's overly excited. And it does look rather interesting. I bet it'll be sold out in our English cinema once it airs there.

The producer got music rights and Hiddles will sing! (I so miss the swooning smilie) Here is a picture of him be-hatted and armed with (presumably) a Martin D-28 Dreadnought.

Just finished watching the series. Excellent productions!! Even with the Shakespearean dialogue, they made the story easier to follow.
A couple of alerts if not already mentioned--there is a Richard Armitage connection and a Hornblower connection. Joe Armstrong (and his dad, Alun) who plays Hotspur (interesting nickname)in Henry IV Part I was Allen-A-Dale in the ROBINHOOD series; our Lieutenant Buckland, Nicholas Jones, is the Archbishop of York in Henry IV Part II.
Yours Aye,
Diane
