We have a lot of people coming Wednesday night. So, my original thought was we could do the walking tour and then the cruise, BUT, it is either, or, because they are all at the same time. So, I vote for the city cruise because you can still see the falls on Thursday or Saturday and do the walking tour on Thursday or Saturday. The tea and citadel on Friday. Then think of something on Sunday.
My personal vote is walk on Thursday and sail on Saturday. But, whatever the majority says. 😁

I have no preference as to which one. I would like to do both.

I voted both. We can schedule the half day trip depending on interest and who wants to do it.

Can the Historic Discoverer's Tour accommodate all of us? I know that a couple of people don't care for boat rides, but was this the one that can only take 9 people that Jamie was talking about the other day? If we can fit everybody who wants to go, I'm totally for it. And the Montmorency Falls trip.

I don't think this is the same boat that Jamie was talking about, it is a 170-foot cruise ship with three terraces. It looks pretty big from the pictures in their site.

The Quebec City Historic Discoverers Cruise is the one that only has 9 people for the tour and is 170 feet long. Why only 9 people allowed on the cruise is beyond me. I think that maybe emailing the company about that could be done to find more information. I saw a day long cruise for about $101 or so dollars and there is 2.5 hours on a bike as part of the tour. I suck at bike riding. The montmorency Falls trip is also a nine person cruise.

Jamie, did you check with the company or was it just the website that wouldn't accept a group larger than 9? Because only 9 people on a 170 foot with 3 decks is kinda absurd when you think about it.

It looks like you can only book 9 adults at a time via their website but I don't think that means you can only have 9 people on their boat. We can contact them directly to book our group.

I love to bike but NOT on vacation. I actually bought a touring bike after Tricia and I rented bikes in Key West and tooled around the island (which was the way to do it!). Kind of fell out of biking a few years ago but still like doing it because it is easier on my knee than walking/running/aerobics.

Noticed on the email thread that we have going - many people are not so sure about the half day cruise. With the shorter cruise, we can still see the falls, just not walk around them.
Two weeks left!
